YapStone is a global provider of full-stack payment solutions for global marketplaces and large vertical markets. The Product Management/Development team is responsible for executing on the Company’s key strategic initiatives and helping to drive global growth across the business. The team is looking for a Product Owner with responsibilities that include analysis of new product features, market fit, understanding and improving existing products and driving product development and release. The product owner may be working on products related to payments, fraud protection or business operations.
Create Product Requirement Documents, User Stories and clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences.
Capture product requirements and work with Engineering to execute on new and existing products.
Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.
Work closely with the client, and partner with a cross-functional team of Engineering, Sales and Marketing based in Walnut Creek, California or Drogheda, Ireland to ideate solutions that are represented on the client-specific roadmap, bringing those solutions from ideation to commercialization.
BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent.
1-3 years of product owner experience with a focus on SAAS products and technologies.
Drive for building products that delight customers
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience in Payments and/or an MBA a plus
