This highly visible role is critical to Yapstone’s future. Your ability to qualify, manage and close large deals has direct impact on the future of Yapstone, from our revenue generation to the evolution of our product offering. You will be responsible for a wide range of sales responsibilities including investigating opportunities, developing relationships, educating prospects, managing integration processes and closing new partnerships. You will be responsible for understanding the payment processing needs of your target partners and identify custom configuration requirements. You will partner with sales engineers, project managers, and other technical resources to design a solution to meet their needs. You will also be responsible for pricing and negotiating contracts. The team is small but growing fast. You will be provided with guidance, training and support while working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop a growth strategy by building a contact list through research and outbound calls, proactive outreach, and managing marketing qualified leads

  • Participate in relevant industry events, including attending trade shows and other events and provide thought leadership

  • Sell Yapstone to qualified partners and lead all aspects of deal execution with internal cross functional teams

  • Partner with product management and technical teams to identify key product needs and improvement opportunities

  • Partner with sales engineers to identify custom configuration requirements required for prospective partners

  • Price opportunities and manage all contract negotiations

  • Help to develop and execute field marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and markets

  • Surpass your annual net revenue quota

  • Help shape the product roadmap based on local insights

Requirements

  • 8+ years’ track record of consistent top sales performance and proven ability to execute a complex sales cycle

  • 5-8 years’ experience in customer facing or product development roles in payments or FinTec
